Keep the carriage protected
A typewriter and its ribbon supplies should be checked against the order before protective material is discarded. Keep the fitted case and any small pieces with the correct machine. The delivery calculation is $19.00 when goods total less than $350, and included from $350 before the welcome reduction is applied.
An item-specific return
Begin a return enquiry with the order reference, machine name and a description of its condition. Carriages, keys and loose ribbon spools need different protection, so do not improvise packing or send a machine to an assumed address. Dispatch and return instructions are separate from the original selection summary.
